Framework Agreement: Lot 1: Bespoke Modular Buildings for Purchase​

Period of Agreement: 5th July 2021 – 4th July 2025

The Modular Buildings framework agreement provides a compliant route to access Modern Methods of Construction. This framework agreement includes the purchase, hire or lease of modular solutions, including; offsite building solutions, modular hospital buildings, patient offload departments (PODs) and education solutions.

The framework agreement for modular buildings provides bespoke solutions for your needs; from healthcare modular buildings to care homes to homeless shelters. This framework is open to the NHS, local authorities and other public sector organisations.

The framework offers on significant savings when compared to purchasing solutions direct.

What are the benefits of using the NHS SBS modular buildings framework agreement?

• MATURE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT – With hundreds of healthcare modular projects delivered, from simple £20k hire to complex £20m+ healthcare new build and combined with experienced staff, the  framework can support all requirements.

• MMC, NET ZERO AND THE CONSTRUCTION PLAYBOOK – Support the government strategy by ensuring that social value, sustainability, MMC and key principles of The Construction Playbook are incorporated within the framework agreement.

Framework Agreement : 953_22 Modular Buildings​

Framework Period: 1st February 2022 – 31st January 2024​ (Extension Option 31/01/2026)

As well as providing educational, healthcare, catering and accommodation units, ESPO’s Modular Buildings framework (953) also covers other standard modular buildings such as: site offices, changing rooms and many more options as well as bespoke modular buildings.

This ESPO framework offers customers a quick, simple, reliable and competitive route for procuring modular buildings.  All of the suppliers on this framework have been selected for their experience and ability to provide a range of modular building solutions

Lot 2B Modular Healthcare Buildings (Purchase) – This Lot is for the purchase of healthcare buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: new operating theatres, hospital wards, mortuaries, laboratories, pharmacies, GP surgeries, A&E departments, UTCs, dental surgeries and waiting rooms.

Procure Partnerships

Framework Agreement: The Procure East Midlands Framework

The Procure East Midlands Framework is a fully PCR 2015 compliant framework notified on Find a Tender Service (formerly the OJEU).

The framework is divided into regional-specific value banded lots. You can choose from different call off options; two-stage mini-competition, single-stage competitive tender, or direct award.

The Framework can be used for Design and Build, or Build Only projects, and you can choose from 8 call-off contracts.
