Mikki joined Health Spaces in June 2024 and is responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to ISO standard management system practices and regulatory requirements.
Her role focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.

With 10 years of experience and expertise in ISO standards, she ensures that the organisation maintains a high standard of IMS, minimise risks and meet customer and regulatory expectations effectively.
She is passionate about developing and maintaining documentation including plans, procedures and work instructions, and continuously improving processes to enhance operational efficiency.
