We attended UKREiiF 2026, and what a fantastic few days of connecting and hearing what’s happening in the UK real estate sector.
There were so many important conversations happening across the week, from the New Hospital Programme and the Monklands Replacement Project, to Neighbourhood Health, left shift, digital transformation and the future of NHS infrastructure.
For Health Spaces, it was encouraging to hear such strong alignment around the need for shared ownership and earlier collaboration to accelerate construction and create healthcare environments that are fit for the future.
