Pre-Construction Manager
Greg joined Health Spaces in 2024 and works with the client team, architects and designers, and structural and services engineers ensuring all are aligned to produce a robust scope of works to the client’s requirements to enable a fully detailed accurate cost.
Greg works with each discipline to evaluate products and specifications ensuring that the client has an end product that is in accordance with requirements, meets all regulatory standards and is excellent quality.
Experience in the construction industry
Greg has been in the construction industry for 35 years, during that time he has mainly focused his energies within the estimating, pre-construction and commercial management aspects of construction.
Greg is passionate about collaborative working, able to bring a complete team together all working with the same aspirations and goals to ensure all the aspects of the project are fully considered, detailed and resourced.
Working in partnership creates a joint vision which in-turn creates healthcare facilities which provide great experiences for the clinical teams and patients alike.
Hospital Construction
As well as running the commercial aspects of projects, during his career Greg has spent time in various aspects of construction management – from site management to understand the day to day running of project, to complete conception and completion project management. This has given Greg the expertise to be able to analyse a project from its inception, understand the detailing required and ensure all aspects are fully detailed and considered.Over the years Greg has worked on numerous projects, from minor weekend alterations to £100 million + schemes, within the UK and Europe.
