Whether your healthcare construction project is a new hospital or healthcare build, or your NHS estate or new healthcare development requires an existing healthcare space to be re-purposed, our integrated services cover the full provider spectrum of primary, secondary and tertiary care.
Our NHS and healthcare partners benefit from professional healthcare expertise and a single point of accountability throughout their entire project journey.
Preparation of business cases
With current knowledge of NHS funding streams and public sector accounting guidance, we can guide our NHS partners through funding and finance solutions, preparation of business cases and procurement strategy.
Many of the NHS Trusts we work with have multiple constraints; we take the time to understand these challenges and complexities.
With knowledge of current NHS funding streams, we offer funding guidance and the preparation of business cases – including Short Form and 5 Case Model.
We deliver both short form business cases for £5-£15m, and for HM Treasury Green Book compliant business cases for those over £15m.

CDEL & IRFS 16 regulations
With expertise in understanding public sector finance and procurement, we can assist our clients in navigating CDEL and IFRS 16 regulations.
We have secured funding lines and partner with regulated financiers to provide flexible financing options that comply with IFRS and NHS finance guidelines and are available on both MMC and construction works for repurposing spaces.

Sustainability in healthcare construction isn’t just about using sustainably sourced building resources. As a healthcare designer of new spaces, we understand our duty of care to ensure we consider the future impact on our environment.
The full life-cycle of a new building, including construction and the use of environmentally friendly techniques, energy efficiency, maintenance and disposal is considered when the project is designed to ensure minimum impact on our planet for the duration of the building’s lifetime.
